Christine Baily established her firm to help cannabis and hemp businesses and investors thrive in evolving markets. As the inaugural General Counsel for the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, she equips her clients with effective insights for navigating state regulators and licensing requirement. Before founding her firm, she sharpened her analytical and strategic skills in both public service, as counsel to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and in private practice.

Today, C Baily Law LLC guides cannabis clients through the complexities of state-legalized markets and, when necessary, challenges governmental actions. By understanding developing legal trends, Christine enables her clients to anticipate federal changes and explore expansion into other states. Dedicated to the industry's growth, she is the founding Chair of the Cannabis and Hemp Practice Group for the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Cannabis and Hemp Law Section for the Maine State Bar Association.
