Dominic is the Chief Financial Officer for Kiva Brands. He has led the company's finance, accounting, and HR functions since its first round of institutional funding in 2018. During this time the Company expanded from 4 to 14 markets, grew sales by 15x, and built of the most respected national cannabis brands.

Previously, Dominic was an Investor at Anthos Capital, a growth equity fund with $4.5B AUM. Prior to that, he was the Head of Finance & Analytics at GoGuardian, a leader in education technology and at the time the #2 fastest-growing software company in the US. After four years of profitable growth, Dominic ran a successful M&A process resulting in a sale that returned over $70M to investors and generated ~10x return.

Dominic started his career at Wells Fargo in the Leveraged Finance group, focusing on private-equity buyouts and distress/turnaround investments. He later helped the Technology, Media & Telecom division expand into the high-growth venture segment as the second hire to build out the Los Angeles practice. He holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Economics from Babson College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
