Results-driven executive with over two decades of experience leading revenue growth and operational excellence in dynamic, regulated, and consumer-focused industries, including cannabis, retail, and logistics. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Revenue for National Secure Transport, and is credited with double digit year-over-year revenue growth since joining the company, growing it into a leader in the cash-in-transit industry. He’s done this by expanding partnerships with financial institutions, implementing predictive revenue models, expanding market presence, and introducing innovative productive offerings.

With a strong track record of scaling businesses, Joe has successfully launched wholesale operations, led multimillion-dollar acquisitions, and transformed underperforming teams into high-performing units. A recognized thought leader in cannabis logistics, he has spearheaded initiatives in smart-safe technology, cash-in-transit, and regulatory compliance.

One of Joe's first entrepreneurial endeavors was founding and scaling Breakaway Bikes and Training Center, which grew to become Philadelphia's largest bicycle retail store. Under his leadership, the business achieved double-digit growth for 12 consecutive years, eventually attracting the attention of Trek Bicycles, a global leader in vertically integrated bicycle businesses, which acquired Breakaway.

An accomplished cyclist and adventurer, Joe is a UCI Masters World Track Champion, a national champion, and has summited Mt. Kilimanjaro. He holds a Master’s in Sports and Recreation Administration from Temple University and has been recognized for his excellence in professional performance. Joe also serves on multiple advisory boards, contributing his expertise to advancing health, fitness, and cannabis industry standards.
