Solving client payment acceptance issues and delighting (can we still say that?) them is what I have done for 30 years in the payment industry.  My goal is to get every client the best possible mix of – PRICE, SERVICE, and FUNCTIONALITY. There is a perception by merchants that a lower price will fix everything and in ALL cases that is just not true. I have helped just about every type of client with just about every client issue you can imagine, and some you can’t, that continue to cause pain to major regional and national merchants.

Smaller merchants can also benefit from the solutions crafted here, and I welcome a dialogue with any merchant who feels they have acceptance issues, but the challenges facing anyone who takes card based payments, in person and online, which is just about everyone these days, are daunting, and a seasoned payment expert in your corner advocating for YOUR needs has helped many previous clients, I hope to count any number of you as one of those client-partners.
