Stevie Palmateer (she/they) serves as LeafLink’s Chief Technology Officer, leading both the Engineering and IT departments for the cannabis industry's largest B2B wholesale marketplace. Stevie is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive and equitable spaces and shaping the systems that support them through their work. They focus on solving problems with a blend of strategy, creativity, empathy, and collaboration.Throughout their career, Stevie has built teams and developed technology solutions with this approach, notably on Wall Street with fintech innovation, and now, redefining B2B e-commerce in the cannabis industry. Stevie oversees a team of 110 and led the development of an industry first payment option called Payment on Sell-Through. This innovative tool addresses the widespread issue of delinquent payments by ensuring guaranteed payments and automating key functions. 

Stevie is an accomplished speaker and presenter, having been on a range of podcasts, webinars, and at several fintech conferences including FinTech Generations and EPayConnect. In 2024 Stevie was recognized by Green Market Report for their work in the technology sector of the cannabis industry.
